USE OF THE NEGATIVE IMPERATIVE

In the forms of the negative imperative the personal pronouns do not join the verb but they precede him. For example:

No te preocupes.		Don´t worry.
No me lo pregunte.		Don´t ask me .

The difference in the use of the pronouns:

reflexive pronouns

direct object pronouns

¡Tómalo!	¡No lo tomes!

indirect object pronouns

¡Dame!	¡No me des!

¡Cállatelo!	¡No te lo calles!
