BUSINESS INTERVIEW AND LUNCH

Meals on Mondays always fail, Thursdays are recommended with a time of no more than two and a half hours. Whoever makes the reservation pays the bill, the polite thing being to ask if anyone has a particular restaurant in mind. Four diner companions is the ideal number twofrom each side. A good wine and some light dishes comes recommended. All professionals will try to tighten costs, its wise to invite to medium-high places, but nothing prohibitive. If you can surprise the other side try to be up to date with the fashionable places in town.
